CREW is a floral strike team led by Kaylee Young. Kaylee has been in the floral and events industry for 13 years; she first started in a flower shop and eventually opened her own design studio, By Kay, in 2015.

After years of striking her own and other florists’ events, she noticed a need for a professional team that could offer these services in Portland and the surrounding area which inspired the creation of CREW.

As things continue to grow, Kaylee has many exciting plans for her new venture to help create less waste in the floral industry and spread joy by donating leftover event flowers back into the community whenever possible.
